Course credit and/or clock hours are verified through successful completion of required course components, which may include modules, assessments, reflections, and other assigned tasks. 

ICAN reserves the right to determine whether course requirements have been satisfactorily met prior to issuing certificates or awarding clock hours. 

7. Termination of Access 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. 

8. Disclaimer of Warranties 

The Platform is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content. 

9. Limitation of Liability 

ICAN is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the Platform.
